As the Assistant Recreation Manager, you will play a key role in creating memorable recreational experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the Recreation Manager to develop and implement innovative programs and activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating and implementing recreational programs and activities that meet our luxury brand standards.
  2. Managing daily operations of the recreation department, including scheduling, staff supervision, and resource management.
  3. Collaborating with the Recreation Manager to create engaging and interactive programs for guests of all ages.
  4. Ensuring exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  5. Training and managing recreation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding performance and guest interaction.
  6. Maintaining recreational facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
  7. Working closely with other departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and guest activities.
  8. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our recreational offerings.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following:

  1. Previous experience in a recreational management or supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational activities.
