Key Responsibilities: Spare Parts Cataloger

We are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Cataloger to join our team at Orion Engineering Services Limited. As a Spare Parts Cataloger, you will be responsible for preparing and cataloging materials in Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPLs) into the SAP database.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements for projects, liaising with OPCO to determine material needs, and cataloging and preparing spare materials database for SAP-Materials Modules as part of the Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST).

You will work closely with the Spares & Operating Supplies Team to enhance procurement and warehouse processes by improving item descriptions and buying texts. You will also cross-check existing SAP records and inventory to eliminate duplications using SAP search functionalities and update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive technical buying descriptions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and prior experience in materials management, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
