Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI as an Administrative Assistant.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to compose professional emails and letters
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of office equipment
  • Ability to oversee clerical tasks, including sorting and sending mail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to senior management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of office software and systems
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
