Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Management Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems. This position evaluates problematic systems or facilities and determines the necessary installation or repair services. The role coordinates and integrates maintenance engineering functions with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements a preventive and predictive maintenance program.
  • Supervises the implementation of minor repairs and defects of equipment, plant, and buildings as required.
  • Executes renovations of existing facilities to ensure timely delivery of required output.
Requirements
