Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales and Events teams at Rosewood Doha. This role is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the department, assisting with inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. The right individual will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records and data, including event files and sales databases.
  • Assisting with the preparation of contracts, invoices, and other documents related to events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supporting the Sales and Events teams with tasks such as show rounds, audits, and competitor site analyses.
  • Ordering office supplies, managing equipment, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
