Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing all aspects of our customer service operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead high-performing customer service teams across various channels, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional support.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service seamlessly with broader business processes.
- Oversee the customer service department, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Mentor and develop customer service managers and representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, with at least 8 years in a managerial or directorial role.
- Proven track record of leading customer service teams and successfully improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Experience with customer service software and CRM platforms.
