Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Leader to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing all aspects of our customer service operation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead high-performing customer service teams across various channels, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional support.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service seamlessly with broader business processes.
  5. Oversee the customer service department, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  6. Mentor and develop customer service managers and representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Essential:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates).
  2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, with at least 8 years in a managerial or directorial role.
  3. Proven track record of leading customer service teams and successfully improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make strategic decisions.
  5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  6. Experience with customer service software and CRM platforms.
