Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a front-line agent for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  2. Manage customer's queries related to their accounts, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure to meet monthly KPIs, maintaining high levels of performance and productivity.
  5. Adhere to working hours and drafted schedule, maintaining a high level of attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English along with a native language (Tagalog / Nepali), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience working as a call center agent, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Must be below 35 years of age, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  4. Available to join immediately, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.

Requirements:

  1. Provide email addresses of Human Resources from the last 2 companies with a minimum coverage of 3 years employment.
  2. Attach an education certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Qatar.
  3. Attach service/employment certificates from the last 2 companies with a minimum coverage of 3 years.
