Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping facilities, adhering to Accor's quality standards.
  • Guest Services: Replenish guest supplies, respond to guest requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, including section floor reports, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment in a clean and functional state, ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order.
