Job Summary

Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on Graphic Design in support of our strategic communications objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Graphic Design capability within our organization that communicates concepts and ideas visually and captures the attention of our target audience.
  • Lead on creating a wide range of products and media using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet our strategic communication objectives.
  • Shape and build stakeholder engagement so that the Graphic Design section collaborates closely with staff functions within our organization and with clients across other Directorates.
  • Support the drafting of doctrine to support Media Operations/Public Affairs in our organization.
  • Support the organizational design, including the underpinning processes and procedures of the Public Affairs/Media operations function.
  • Support the design and build of a Creative Hub, including the creation of internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
  • Support recruitment to the Graphic Design function.
  • Provide support to the creation of training delivery pathways and assist with the delivery of training solutions with specialist advice on Graphic Design.
  • Coach and mentor project team members and those recruited to staff the new organization in Graphic Design.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc in a related discipline.
  • Professional media qualifications.
  • Programme/Project management qualifications.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and in the use of design software (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Expert knowledge of current design software and skilled in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.
  • A thorough understanding of branding and marketing with the skill to find the right style and layout for each project.
  • Experience of change/transformation programmes, including drafting policy and working practices.
  • Experience in the Middle East working with international media teams is preferable.
  • Experience of training design, planning, and delivery is desirable.
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring is desirable.
Working Conditions

This role will be based in an office environment in Doha, Qatar, with the possibility of hybrid working depending on the lifecycle and demands of the project. Regular visits to customer sites and international travel may be required.
