Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for various media products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
  • Capture the attention of the target audience and communicate the right message through design.
  • Translate requirements into design and inspire the target audience.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on the requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the concerned team.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Follow the latest design trends.
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after getting constructive feedback from the superior.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per the brand standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven graphic designing experience.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graphic Design: 5 years of experience.
