Job Summary

Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and achieving the minimum required number of units per month, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling and delivering vehicles to customers.
    • Provide comprehensive explanations of product performance, applications, and benefits to potential buyers.
    • Detail all available optional equipment for customer consideration.
    • Offer test-drives to all prospects, adhering to company procedures for identification verification.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom.
    • Aid customers in selecting vehicles by engaging in dialogue and attentively listening to their needs.
    • Facilitate the transfer of closed deals to the finance department, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
    • Meet the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, etc., and their customer benefits.
    • Participate in product and sales training courses as directed by sales management.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Utilize company sales control and follow-up system, ensuring accurate inventory records on company software.
    • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery ahead of customer arrival.
    • Coordinate with the service department for pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
    • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Cultivate positive relations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
    • Participate in sales meetings.
    • Maintain a professional appearance.
    • Respond promptly to all pages and calls.
Requirements
  • Language Skills
    • Arabic Speaker, experienced in German brands.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
    • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
    • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
    • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
    • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
    • Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
