We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources Team at GRANDMA NURSERY. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent who share our passion for excellence.

Job Description

The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in managing the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, building relationships with department heads, and overseeing the selection process.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the hiring process to ensure seamless integration of new team members into our organization.

  2. Foster strong relationships with department heads to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.

  3. Establish and maintain connections with external recruitment sources to leverage their expertise and resources.

  4. Navigate local networks to source candidates who possess the skills and qualities necessary to drive business growth.

  5. Monitor and oversee candidate identification and selection processes to guarantee alignment with organizational goals.

  6. Provide subject matter expertise on selection procedures to property managers, ensuring consistency and fairness in the hiring process.

  7. Partner with vendors to optimize advertisement efforts and expand our reach to attract diverse candidates.

  8. Perform quality control on candidate identification and selection to maintain high standards.

  9. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between Recruitment and HR Admin teams.

  10. Standardize agency contracts to align with Marriott and W Doha standards.

  11. Develop and implement email communication templates that reflect our brand identity.

  12. Promptly pay invoices to maintain positive working relationships with vendors.

  13. Assist the Director of Human Resources (DHR) in preparing the manning wish list for next year's planning.

  14. Create an annual recruitment budget that accounts for all relevant costs.

  15. Plan and execute promotions and internal transfers in accordance with established standards.

  16. Ensure that all relevant department heads, assistant managers, and supervisors are fully trained on Business Intelligence (BI).

  17. Maintain up-to-date reports and communicate them on a weekly/monthly basis to DRH and HODs, including Time To Fill Report, Monthly Dashboard, Recruitment Update, etc.

  18. Implement the Behavioral Interview Guide and Pre-screening format to ensure candidates meet business needs.

  19. Collaborate with the Government Relations Team to expedite visa processing.

  20. Explore innovative recruitment strategies and shorten the overall recruitment process.

  21. Host local open days and overseas recruitment trips within approved budget constraints.

  22. Work closely with the Housing Team to ensure smooth accommodation arrangements for new hires.

  23. Prepare offer letters that adhere to established standards and clearly outline benefits according to the Grading Guide.

  24. Update and maintain accurate role profiles at all times.

  25. Develop a compelling social media campaign and engage audiences through active social media channels like LinkedIn and Facebook.
