The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly mixed cocktails and exceptional guest service.
  • Taking beverage orders from guests or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying close attention to detail.
  • Satisfying guests' requests in a timely manner.
  • Assessing guests' preferences and making drink recommendations.
  • Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed.
  • Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all guests.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked bar with adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
  • Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory management.
  • Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
  • Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks.
  • Planning bar menus and specials.
  • Preparing and serving appetizers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bartender in the same field is an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
  • Strong understanding of beverage costs and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
