Job Description

At Al Abdulghani Motors, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Serve Customers: Greet all customers promptly and provide timely professional service on vehicle services, tinting, and paint protection film jobs.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Explain customers on the benefits of products to generate additional revenue through product upgrades.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the use of vehicle protection materials such as seat covers and floor mats while receiving the vehicles.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide clear cost estimations and delivery time information to customers; monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of additional jobs, changes in costing, and work completion.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer data in the job cards are accurate based on the customer's request and upload the necessary information in the system on time.
  • Value-Added Services: Actively promote the value-added services and benefits of tinting and paint protection film to increase revenue.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Assist on the marketing and promoting the services being offered to improve sales revenue.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve the targets in revenue, customer satisfaction index, and fix-it-right set by the management.
  • Cashier Responsibilities: Handle cashier responsibilities such as receiving cash, opening and closing the cash desk, petty cash transactions, and provide the necessary reports to the finance department.
