At Qatar Airways Cargo, we have embarked on our VISION 2027 Roadmap, aiming to simplify business engagements and position ourselves as a leader in the industry. To support this vision, we are seeking talented individuals who can drive change and growth. As a Cargo Interline & Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cargo partnerships with other airlines, identifying potential partners, and strategically growing cargo business with passenger airline strategic-alliance and equity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of business with partner airlines at mutually beneficial commercial conditions, considering QR strategic requirements.
- Analyze the benefits of each partnership potential to customers, partners, and Qatar Airways.
- Prepare business cases, memos, and presentations for senior management.
- Manage legal requirements for partnership setup, including NDA, Commercial Agreement, and Competition filing.
- Develop and improve interline policies and processes through engagement with internal departments and airline partners.
- Manage revenue increase initiatives through interline sales on capacity where beneficial to the QR network and partnership.
- Support Manager Cargo Strategic Partnerships in creating tactical plans to meet commercial objectives and provide regular performance feedback.
- Identify opportunities and initiate action to further develop interline business using professional networks and industry sources.
- Lead a team of specialists, set targets, and contribute to their professional development and growth.
