Strategy Development and Execution

  • Lead the Quality program, ensuring data collection, aggregation, and analysis are accurate and thorough.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Represent the organization on a national level, working with the Ministry of Public Health and other government entities.
  • Collaborate with risk management to minimize risks and support clinical risk management processes.
  • Promote leadership rounds and staff feedback sessions.

Professional Development and People Management

  • Guide the professional development of direct reports and provide direct input to their performance management.
  • Support staff in their development and requests, including patient safety training and competencies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in healthcare, with 4-7 years in a similar position or responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, strategy development, and quality management/accreditation.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, conflict resolution, meeting setup, and implementation are necessary.
