Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Compose and type office correspondence, including emails and letters, using a computer.
  • Distribute and route mail, packages, and other materials to the appropriate personnel.
  • Order and track office supplies and forms, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and record messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of new employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support walk-in candidates with application procedures, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and accessible space for completing applications, adhering to company standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding company programs, policies, and guidelines, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
