Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and security of employee and property records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and distribute office correspondence and mail
  • Order and track office supplies and forms
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and maintain personnel files
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
