About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Manager to join our Customer Experience Team in Doha. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing important milestones and activities related to our digitalization programs, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects.

You will work closely with other departments and teams to track, manage, and report on the success of various digital initiatives in Cargo. Your passion, skills, and fresh ideas will be essential in driving process innovation, improving customer experience, and complementing our overall digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement various digital initiatives with internal/external partners, including customers, to achieve process innovation and improve customer experience.
  • Develop project plans and lead activities at the HO level for the project portfolio, promoting enablement within the QR network and continually improving processes in scope.
  • Ensure high business digitalization rates for QR Cargo through automation and measuring conversion of manual processes into electronic, ensuring network and customer compliance.
  • Advocate for key system enhancements gathered from customer and network feedback, proposing/leading business process improvements.
  • Establish accountability to the project portfolio and secure sponsorship and funding for projects through business case justifications presented to executive leadership.
  • Liaise with cross-functional technical sales and other HO/regional teams, providing cost-effective digital solutions for projects in QR.
  • Take ownership of successful end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including hands-on involvement and overseeing all phases of the project.
  • Be a digital champion in the company, finding creative ways to improve processes using digital technologies, understanding end-users, and driving adoption for the digital solution ecosystem in QR.
  • Interact with stakeholders across the network and external customers on specific project requirements, gaining support for programs implemented.
  • Review and implement relevant SOPs, processes, and procedures for programs implemented, establishing accountability and improving compliance.
  • Develop content and awareness materials for distribution to Qatar Airways Cargo network and external customers in relation to digital initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, minimum 6 years of job-related experience, and expertise in digital transformation, digital product management, project management tools, and platforms. Experience in Cargo/Logistics Operations Management, Digital Transformation in Airline and Supply Chain, Online Product Distribution, MIS, eCommerce, and relevant fields is highly desirable.

Strong analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential. Previous working experience in Salesforce-based solutions is a strong plus.
