About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist Assistant to join our team at Qatar Airways Group Medical Department. As a key member of our psychology team, you will work under the supervision of our Senior Clinical Psychologist to provide paraprofessional support in clinical duties, create awareness and preventive sessions, and develop statistical reports to measure psychological services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer standard psychological assessments, including questionnaires, self-report measures, and rating scales, as directed by the Clinical Psychologist.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and intake review meetings to note minutes and provide action points for the psychology team.
  • Gather and collate client data and psychologist service records for future research activities.
  • Create monthly statistical reports of psychology services, charting updates and trends.
  • Develop educational and awareness materials, such as brochures, toolkits, and training programs, in consultation with the Clinical Psychology team.
  • Deliver mental health talks as preventive and awareness measures to all business segments.
  • Assist Senior Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist in ongoing projects to fulfill psychology department objectives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain employee performance-based feedback, as directed by the Clinical Psychologist.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, clinical coordination, and maintaining confidential filing systems.

Requirements: A strong background in psychology, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
