About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Associate to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer due diligence profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Due Diligence: Perform thorough research and analysis on new and existing customers to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Profile Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date completion of customer due diligence profiles, including the collection and verification of relevant documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various teams, including sales, risk, and operations, to gather necessary client documentation and provide regular updates on customer due diligence progress.
  • Risk Identification and Escalation: Identify potential risks and escalate them to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer due diligence process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
