We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Product Development & Design Division as a Product Insight & Research Specialist in Doha.

This exciting opportunity will involve diving deep into market trends and customer behaviors to uncover valuable insights. By analyzing data and using advanced analytics tools, you will help shape the future of products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Utilizing advanced data visualization tools to create interactive and insightful dashboards for senior leadership reports, presenting key performance indicators, customer feedback, and market trends effectively.
  • Collaborating with market research firms to gain deeper insights into market trends and customer needs, complementing internal data for developing business cases.
  • Working closely with IT and third-party vendors to streamline data integration processes and implement automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continuously updating and refining customer personas using both qualitative and quantitative data to tailor marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating data models to ensure they meet current business requirements by integrating new data sources and applying advanced analytics techniques.
  • Leveraging predictive analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, identify potential risks and opportunities, optimize budget and resource utilization, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the team:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in conducting market research or any job-related experience.
  • Advanced visualization tools experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Previous work in a data science or data analytics role is critical.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviors, demographics, and psychographic analysis.
  • Previous role in presenting data summaries to executive management and leadership.
