Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketplace Manager to oversee the growth of our marketplace categories, including electronics, pharmacy, flowers, and lifestyle beauty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category leadership, commercial strategy, and end-to-end procurement operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive growth and profitability across Electronics, Pharmacy, Flowers, and Lifestyle Beauty categories.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to ensure a diverse and high-quality product assortment.
- Identify opportunities to expand our product portfolio within each category by staying abreast of market trends and evolving customer preferences.
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace management, with a strong focus on category leadership, growth strategies, and end-to-end procurement, buying, and purchasing operations.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations involving warehouse management, including ownership of the commercial strategy for warehousing from location planning and negotiation to ensuring optimal warehouse utilization.
- Strong track record of success in developing and executing commercial and growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
