Main Purpose of the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our growth marketing efforts across multiple verticals. In this role, you will define, execute, and optimize growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all Snoonu platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that fuel business growth, maximize LTV, and improve key metrics like CAC, CPI, and CPO. This is a strategic leadership role that demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a bias for action.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead Snoonu's growth marketing strategy across all channels including performance marketing, CRM, referrals, lifecycle marketing, and more.
- Own and optimize the growth marketing funnel across food and non-food verticals.
- Define and manage the performance marketing roadmap.
- Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to run rapid A/B tests across channels and user journeys.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to drive conversion, user retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts to improve user engagement across web and mobile apps.
- Develop and track key growth KPIs such as CPI, CAC, LTV, CPO, ROAS, etc., ensuring all campaigns are performance-driven.
- Optimize budgets and campaign strategies to maximize ROI while supporting the overall marketing and business goals.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Snoonu stays ahead of the curve in growth innovations.
Do you have some of these:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced, digital-first companies.
- Proven track record in driving user growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies.
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and organic growth levers.
- Experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing; Braze experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of analytics tools and marketing attribution (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, etc.)
- Experience in running high-velocity experimentation (A/B tests, funnels, messaging, offers).
- Skilled in budget planning, media buying, and ROAS optimization.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels—big picture thinking with an eye for execution.
- Agile mindset with a test-and-learn approach and data-backed decision-making.
