Job Title: Lead of Shutdown Execution

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 3 years (with possibility to extend)

Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
  1. Safe and Efficient Execution: Lead and supervise brownfield activities executed by the EPC Contractor related to Post-Shutdown, Shutdown, and Pre-shutdown for the Project.
  2. Shutdown Management: Prepare and control all shut down activities with strict compliance to Company Shut Down Management System procedure.
  3. Quality and Safety: Close follow up of the EPC Contractor scope with respect to Highest Safety and Quality Standard, and in compliance to the contract requirement and the Project objectives.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage all on-site, as well as support other project disciplines and Company Operation team to safely execute the hook up and brownfield scope within the desired level of quality and in compliance with Company SD windows.
  5. Team Management: Work with the project team to maintain relationship with EPC Contractor, subcontractors, vendors.
  6. Schedule Management: Coordinate to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support schedule.
  7. Progress Reporting: Prepare and provide routine verbal and written progress reports to the HU and Brownfield Division manager and updates progress performance of the EPC Contractor with analysis to achieve progress.
  8. Deliverables Review: Review the EPC Contractor's construction, brownfield, and Shutdown deliverables such as Method Statements, procedures, work execution packages, SD plan, Risk assessments with respect to the Contract requirements.
  9. Project Support: Attend workshops, shutdown gates, document reviews, formal risk assessments, deliverables to support the offshore project activities.
Requirements
  1. Technical Background: Engineer or technician with more than 10 years experience in O&G facility shutdown for Project and/or Operations.
  2. Shutdown Experience: Technical background with Minimum of 10 years experience in Shutdown Execution in O&G Industry.
  3. Offshore Experience: Experience in offshore Shutdown and brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
  4. Shutdown Planning: Good Knowledge in shutdown planification and operational process.
  5. HAZOP and Risk Assessment: Knowledgeable in HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes and applications.
  6. International Codes: Good knowledge of International codes/Standards.
Skills Required
  1. Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
  2. Computer Literacy: Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
  3. Organization and Planning: Good Organization, Planning, Execution & Tracking Skills.
  4. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact with different disciplines and people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
