We are seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Professional to join our team at Qatar Airways Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of residential buildings housing our staff.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain high-quality standards for all maintenance work ensuring compliance with QR rules and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Liaise with external contractors and internal clients to resolve any maintenance issues promptly.

Operational Safety

  • Implement a culture of safety awareness among employees to prevent injuries and near misses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Residential Maintenance Professional who can hit the ground running. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Minimum diploma in electrical or mechanical with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Hotel/Hospitality/Facilities Management is highly desirable.
