  • We follow up on technological developments in technical services and recommend modernizing data centers and their components according to the best prevailing technological level.
  • We develop strategic development plans and estimate financial budgets for maintaining requirements for operating/renovating/updating technical infrastructure and tools.
  • We develop mechanisms and operational work plans for communications systems, networks, data rooms, devices, and accessories.
  • We ensure the quality of The Group's IT infrastructure services.
  • We coordinate with The Group Risk Committee in assessing and estimating operational risks related to technical services and proposing risk mitigation solutions.
  • We direct responsibility for distributing tasks and following up on teams responsible for communications and network systems, desktop computers, printers, and their accessories.
  • We implement the Group policies regarding purchases of technical support department needs and follow up on installation and receipt process from suppliers.
  • We manage the internal technical support system and follow up on external support through service providers.
  • We provide suggestions for updating data room components, technical infrastructure, affiliate networks, and daily operation of components according to best practices.
  • We monitor compliance with information security standards according to international standards, policies, and procedures.
  • We follow up on implementation of contracts with suppliers and technical service providers to ensure they provide services according to the service level agreement.
  • We ensure the highest level of confidentiality to protect company and customer data.
  • We approve user requirements for The Group's technological resources.
