National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our National Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our National Key Customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and sell all National Key Accounts in the country
- Prospect for additional accounts and meet or exceed set targets and goals
- Act as the main liaison between customers and KuehneNagel contacts to ensure aligned approaches
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Understand and communicate customer needs throughout the organization
- Act as the single point of contact for all KuehneNagel services and solutions
- Communicate and coordinate customer requirements with the organization
- Be the voice of the customer and communicate proactively with KuehneNagel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a Logistics Business Development position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Arabic a plus
- Strong affinity with customer quality standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate on all levels
- Proven sales experience in FCL, LCL, Air, and Road
- Sales automation skills
- Solid PC background
- Able to work in a team environment
- Strong customer focus and presentation skills
