Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Outpatient Department, adhering to the hospital's policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an Outpatient Department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
