About the Role

Aman Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professional Practice
    • Accepts responsibility and accountability for all actions and decision making within scope of practice as defined by QCHP.
    • Adheres to the Code of Conduct for QCHP, and the hospital.
    • Completes mandatory and unit specific competencies and demonstrates ongoing compliance with appropriate evidence.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Develops and maintains own professional portfolio.
    • Takes responsibility for own professional development and actively engages in ongoing self-directed learning.
    • Obtains accredited and non-accredited Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Units in compliance with QCHP requirements.
  • Patient Care
    • Establishes and maintains a therapeutic partnership with patients and their families to achieve optimum health and well-being.
    • Provides autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities, sick or well and in all settings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration with QCHP.
  • Relevant nursing qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
