About the Role

As a UX/UI Design Specialist at Talent Pal, you will be responsible for crafting digital experiences that are both visually stunning and user-centric. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, functional, and user-friendly designs that align with our brand strategies and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centered design concepts, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, and storyboards.
  • Create interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how users will interact with our products.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve UX issues.
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage project timelines effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Product Development and Design Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. You will have extensive knowledge of digital experience platforms, interfaces, and apps, as well as high proficiency in design software such as Figma, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will also have basic understanding of application development, including languages like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. If you are proactive, have excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
