Your new role, what's involved?
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial prudence.
  3. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout all project phases.
  4. Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.
  5. Regularly assess project progress against established timelines and milestones, addressing any delays or deviations promptly.
  6. Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee that construction work meets the highest standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
  7. Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  8. Provide timely and accurate project status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  1. A Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably with a 2-year postgraduate degree in engineering management /management and PgMP or PMP certification.
  2. Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in planning and scheduling both engineering and construction activities with a minimum of 07 years in a managerial role.
  3. Experience in the design and construction of large-scale building projects including super rise towers.
  4. Experience in the application of Primavera P6, claim Digger, Schedule Analyzer, and other presentation software like MS Office, VISIO, and Crystal Reports.
  5. Thorough knowledge of industry practice and regulations.
  6. Knowledge of current technology and its effective use on the project.
