About the Position
As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing all technical investigations related to accidents, incidents, and safety management. This includes conducting efficient investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrences. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage internal and external reporting systems, and provide feedback to management on investigation issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in aeronautical engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in civil aviation authority functions or quality assurance. You should also be trained in QCAA/EASA regulations, accident/incident investigations, and auditing techniques.
