Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in underwriting processes by gathering information and performing risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to provide policy information and support customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding policy status and coverage details.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Utilize software systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Assist in training new hires on policy administration processes.
  • Participate in departmental projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer service.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in life insurance or retail policy administration.
  • Proficiency in policy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate should have a customer-oriented approach and commitment to providing top-notch service.
