Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budgeting and Financial Planning Expert to join our team at KinTec Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on BPC system administration and technical support across Finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • BPC Planning and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain BPC planning processes and models to enable generation of short-term and long-range forecasts for budgets, cash-flows and financial statements.
    • Perform requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing and implementation of BPC planning and reporting solutions.
  • System Administration and Support
    • Maintain BPC application components (e.g. application sets, dimensions, reports, script logics, workflows etc.) to support new and existing developments.
    • Provide training and support to system users (e.g. access, input sheets, reports, templates etc.).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical system, software, data or user issues including working with IT as necessary to ensure continuity/integrity of BPC system operations.
  • Process Improvement and Development
    • Develop and implement solutions towards process enhancement, continuous improvement, automation initiatives, system upgrades and new system implementations.
    • Develop and maintain BPC process documentation, system guides and process diagrams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting/ Computer Science or equivalent, or internationally recognised professional accounting qualification.
  • Certified in SAP-BPC and/or S/4 HANA.
  • 5 years' experience and functional knowledge of BPC / BW. Experience within Oil & Gas would be advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and planning systems including SAP, BPC, BW, S/4 HANA and MS Excel. Experience in SAC would be advantageous.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of developing financial plans/budgets and reports for large complex organisations.
  • Advanced technical and financial knowledge in a range of areas including data modelling, planning, accounting, reporting, analysis and financial systems.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, preparing financial statements, financial planning concepts and modelling techniques.
  • Understanding of Joint Venture Accounting, data structures, master and transactional data, cross-system and cross-platform data flows.
