We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Quantitative UX Researcher to join our team at Google. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quantitative UX research methods to inform product design and development.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the design and execution of quantitative UX research studies to inform product design and development.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in quantitative UX research methods, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to integrate research findings into product development.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of research projects, including case studies and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve our research practices.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • **Experience**
  • 8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
  • **Skills**
  • Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, Go), and with SQL.
  • **Portfolio**
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link and/or access instructions).
