About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of General Superintendent Fab Ops. This critical role oversees the operational supervision of our fabrication facility, ensuring seamless execution of fabrication activities for EPIC projects.

  • Promote a culture of safety among fabrication resources, maintaining high standards of safe working practices, quality, and productivity.
  • Establish effective partnerships with Operations Management, Quality Group, and Project Group to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize pre-fabrication scope of work, ensuring timely delivery and productivity.
  • Manage site manpower allocation, ensuring proper training and availability of supervisory and craft personnel.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Construction Managers and Operations Manager to review project requirements and progress.
