Hostess - Azure Beach Club

As a Hostess at the Azure Beach Club, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your warm smile and welcoming demeanor will make our visitors feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests, escort them to the pool seating, and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Waiting List Management: Manage the waiting list efficiently, ensuring that guests are informed of wait times and provided with regular updates.
  • Seating Arrangements: Offer suitable seating arrangements, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
  • Reservation Arrangements: Make reservation arrangements, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the high standards of our guests.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Personal Grooming: Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times, setting a positive example for our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist waiters and head waiters when needed, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
  • Event Support: Manage event-related work, including setting up tables and maintaining the exterior and interior of the beach lounge and Beach Club.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive positive and professional service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest problems and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Departmental Briefings: Attend all regular departmental briefings, contributing to open communication within the assigned team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort).
  • Language: Good in English.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to use technology to enhance the guest experience.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and a smiling face.
  • Team Player: Friendly and approachable, with a cooperative and self-giving attitude.
