Hostess - Azure Beach Club

As a Hostess at the Azure Beach Club, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your warm smile and welcoming demeanor will make our visitors feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests, escort them to the pool seating, and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Waiting List Management: Manage the waiting list efficiently, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Seating Arrangements: Offer suitable seating arrangements, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
  • Reservation Arrangements: Make reservation arrangements with ease, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are filled promptly and accurately, meeting the high standards of our guests.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist waiters and head waiters when needed, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
  • Event Support: Manage event-related work, including setting up tables and maintaining the exterior and interior of the beach lounge and Beach Club.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive positive and professional service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Briefings: Attend regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort).
  • Language: Good in English.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our systems efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and a smiling face.
  • Team Player: Friendly and approachable, with a cooperative and self-giving attitude.
  • Adaptability: Ability and willingness to perform under stress, with a positive and high energy level.
