Acierta Retail, a leading design and production house, is seeking a highly organized and skilled project manager to join our team in Doha. With offices in Spain, UK, France, and Qatar, we operate globally, specializing in retail, events, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with our Architecture and Project Management teams to design, develop, and manage various projects, including interior design and furniture, pop-up stores, window displays, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.
  • Manage project timelines, including development, production, and logistics.
  • Calculate project costs, covering production, transport, and labor.
  • Communicate technical and design briefs to the Technical Development department.
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee pre-assembly production to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain fluent and direct communication with Handling & Logistics to ensure correct shipping of all pre-assembly production.
  • Lead and oversee on-site installation activities and coordination of the installation team.
  • Participate actively in installations and solve any possible snagging that may come up.

Requirements:

  • Location: Based in Doha or willing to relocate.
  • Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical development and production of permanent store projects, temporary ones (pop-ups and showrooms), windows, point-of-sale materials, interior design, and furniture design in the Middle East.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (C1) and Arabic/Hindi. Spanish is desirable.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
