Company Information

Our company, lxbfYeaa, is seeking a highly experienced Handover & Completion Division Manager to join our team.

This role is part of our EPC-1 Contract and involves overseeing all hand-over and completion activities from start of detailed design and engineering through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and pre-start-up activities to hand-over to Operations Expansion and Start-up Department (OAC).

The successful candidate will be based at Site, RLIC, and work a 6 days a week regime, including night shift as required.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Directly interact with the EPC-1 Contractor and its Subcontractors to achieve Project objectives.
  2. Work closely with Area Division Managers and PC&C Commissioning Division Manager within the EPC-1 PMT.
  3. Coordinate and manage all hand-over and completion activities, including reviewing and approving procedures, specifications and deliverables.
  4. Populate and report on the System Completion Database (Smart Completion-Hexagon).
  5. Ensure visibility to the Team during hand-over and completion preparation and execution works.
