Job Overview:

The Document Control Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing high-quality document control services. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including technical records, decision records, and change orders.
  • Develop and implement document control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the project manager, including time management, gate passes, material passes review, and record keeping.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus 8 years' experience in a similar position with a recognized corporation.
  2. Good command of written and spoken English.
  3. Advanced keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  4. Familiarity with SAP usage and entries.
  5. Experience in managing data archives and SharePoint data.
  6. Training in information security and project management system is preferable.
  7. Ability to prepare good standard reports and presentations in the English language.
