Document Management Team Lead

The Document Control Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing high-quality document control services. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including technical records, decision records, and change orders.
- Develop and implement document control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the project manager, including time management, gate passes, material passes review, and record keeping.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus 8 years' experience in a similar position with a recognized corporation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP usage and entries.
- Experience in managing data archives and SharePoint data.
- Training in information security and project management system is preferable.
- Ability to prepare good standard reports and presentations in the English language.
