Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the mechanical completion process, ensuring that all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will work closely with other functions to define and manage related documentation, verify that mechanical completion requirements are accounted for in engineering documents, and participate in project review meetings.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and excellent communication skills. They will be able to analyze complex data, identify project requirements and constraints, and develop effective solutions.

Main Tasks

  1. Coordinate and supervise the mechanical completion process.
  2. Verify that mechanical completion requirements are accounted for in engineering documents.
  3. Participate in project planning and scheduling.
  4. Prepare and keep up-to-date the mechanical completion execution plans.
  5. Supervise/coordinate the preparation of the test pack (mechanical completion dossier).
  6. Supervise/coordinate the preparation of the Mechanical Completion procedure.
  7. Manage the Mechanical Completion software.
  8. Verify that check data forms are coherent with identified items.
  9. Ensure interfaces with the Construction/Fabrication team.
  10. Participate in the preparation of the HSE Plan for Mechanical Completion Activities.
  11. Define specific temporary logistics required complying with the project scope of work.
  12. Take part in project review meetings.
  13. Define and review mechanical completion consumables and materials.
  14. Ensure preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Technical Evaluation.
  15. Assist during definition of subcontractor scope of works.
  16. Check conformity and congruence of technical documentation.
  17. Ensure interface with vendor's representatives.
  18. Supervise/coordinate the inspection, checking, and testing of the fabrication.
  19. Supervise/review the mechanical completion dossier.
  20. Contribute to back charge notifications to vendors.
  21. Plan punch list activities and related workforce.
  22. Manage and categorize punch list in coordination with other functions.
  23. Ensure that all corrective actions to close the punch list are performed.
