Job Overview

Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore E&I Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical & Instrumentation works performed by EPCIC Contractors and Subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination

Coordinate and supervise the Electrical & Instrumentation works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.

Technical Expertise

Provide technical guidance and support to EPCIC Contractors and Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of electrical and instrumentation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Communication and Reporting

Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all Electrical & Instrumentation works meet the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.

Requirements
  1. Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, with extensive hands-on technical, project coordination, and supervisory experience gained in an Offshore Construction environment.

Skills and Knowledge

Advanced skills and knowledge of Campaign/Shutdown Management techniques, preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration and/or production industries.

Soft Skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with good sense of team spirit leadership and strong interpersonal and soft communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.

Language

Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking) and its technical vocabulary.

Medical Fitness

Medical fit to work on offshore installation.
