We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate law matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they are legally sound and protect the company's interests.
  • Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support in handling and resolving legal disputes related to tenancy agreements and mall operations.
  • Counseling: Offer strategic guidance on business-related issues, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and dispute prevention.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and business reorganizations, assessing legal risks and negotiating terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a corporate lawyer for malls in Qatar.
  • Proven background in corporate law, contract law, commercial law, property leasing law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
