Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to effectively market and sell properties to potential buyers, while also negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing the company's portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects the organization's image and brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords and developers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through all communication channels, ensuring a positive experience for clients and vendors.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of property listings in the database software, leveraging lead generation to drive sales.
  • Develop and implement effective feedback mechanisms to improve relationships with clients, vendors, and purchasers.
  • Implement a sales process that guarantees customer satisfaction and drives repeat business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and gaps, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Promote the company's brand and services through various marketing channels and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in sales and leasing (required)
  • 3 years of experience in local commercial and/or residential properties (required)
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (required)
