Job Summary:

The Laundry Worker is a vital member of the Raffles Doha team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping supplies and inventory management. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Receive, transfer, and store all goods to designated storage areas, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct weekly and monthly inventory for all store room items, maintaining clear and accurate records at all times.
  • Housekeeping Support: Assist with cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sweeping, as required.
  • Guest Services: Greet guests, address them by name, and propose assistance whenever applicable.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Sign in and out master keys and devices daily, and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Report maintenance issues found in work areas and escalate requests when repairs are delayed.

Requirements:
