**Job Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will participate in all sales activities and work closely with the sales and marketing plan to exceed hotel revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business, maximizing revenue for the hotel, establishing outstanding business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets, monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence, attending travel functions and sales road shows, and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Promote the hotel brand through various marketing channels
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  3. Maximize revenue for the hotel by establishing strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  4. Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
  5. Attend travel functions and sales road shows to network and promote the hotel brand
  6. Organize sales trips to promote sales for the hotel and drive revenue growth

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual with a passion for challenges
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a highly pressurized environment
  • Passion for leadership and a desire to succeed
