Job Overview

The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets.

Main Objectives:

  • To deliver revenue performance against business plan projections
  • To identify key and potential accounts and act on them immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for sales direction and performance delivery
  • Overseeing the planning, deployment, and day-to-day functioning of the sales team
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets

Requirements:

  • Seasoned experience in managing a sales team (minimum of 4 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
