The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets.
Main Objectives:
- To deliver revenue performance against business plan projections
- To identify key and potential accounts and act on them immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing for sales direction and performance delivery
- Overseeing the planning, deployment, and day-to-day functioning of the sales team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets
Requirements:
- Seasoned experience in managing a sales team (minimum of 4 years)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
