Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective support and guidance
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and well-being

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
